Haven't received my item yet but agree with other reviews on this page about currency and transparency. Had every reason to think I was paying in AUD until after the transaction went through and it indicated USD. I feel deceived. Won't buy again from here.

I did not like the fact there is no inormation that you charge in USD. If known it allows the purchaser to choose the best option when paying in a foreign currency. The only time you know it's is USD is after checkout is completed.

Ordering toys for my grandchildren from this site was a good experience. The items arrived in a timely manner and after a concern with one of the items my email was answered promptly and addressed the misunderstanding I had. Will order from them again. JW

I purchased a number of products from this company via online ordering on 6 November 2023. I thought I was ordering from an Australian company because I looked them up and the address given was in Villawood, NSW. All good, so I went ahead and ordered, paying over $400, for the products. Yesterday, my order arrived, over 3 weeks later, with no explanation as to why it took so long, even though I had emailed them asking where my order was. I was checking through my bank statement this morning, and I have been charged over $600!!!! Apparently not only is this company not Australian, they charge in US currency, although there was no indication of that when I was ordering! I am loathe to present my young grandchildren with the products I have bought, in case they don't work/are sub par in their performance. I know there is nothing I can do now, but I will not be ordering from this company in future and I urge others to give them a miss also.

By replying to my emails. I had one response from Millie asking me to respond which I did. I have had no response to my replies and so I still don’t know what is happening with my order even though you have the money. Very disappointed
