Excellent experience, and valuable tool

Items were easy to explore. Since I am new to the website, I could not find the age requirements. I found the site through an add so I didn't find the buy by age until I placed the order and accessed the site another way. Other than that my experience was enjoyable.

.says 1-2 days shipping a complete lie waited over a week no communication regarding this. Will not use this company ever again. Wanted the tablet specifically For a holiday we was going on and did not and still not arrived.

I found you via Facebook marketplace. Their website is annoying and cumbersome.

I brought two products from this company and within two weeks of receiving his gift , my grandson reported it was not functioning correctly. I reported this to company. They told me to try this and that and send a video of fault which I did then didn’t hear from them for weeks. Emails constantly bounced back. I gave up eventually and brought a different product from another company. Do not use this company

They are great! I have ordered 3 times from them educational toys and ai plush toys What is the impressive thing is that on the 3rd order i made , i order an ai plush toy bear on white color, so i could make an gift to my son. But my son did not like the white one and told me he wants other color… Then the company made me an full refund and we exchange the white color with the beige color that my boy wanted!
