Ordered via Kickstarter in late 2015 and 7 years later still no lamp… Latest update is “pay an extra $50USD to Wayne Enterprises and we’ll ship it”. Total ransom from them, and Wayne Enterprises??? Really???

Ok, I had to wait for so long, but I am happy I had faith because the product is really worth it. It came nicely presented, with its accessories, a cool leaflet and works perfectly. Nice and smooth, I love the touch. Thank you guys.

Product plastic, I was expecting the head to be metal, and the bracket holding it on the body comes loose quite quickly if you are repositioning it regularly, 4 year wait, little response to e-mails, I refused to pay the additional postage costs and would e-mail around 4 times a year. Eventually they sent me a code to use on their website which worked perfectly, and received it shortly after which was a surprise as I had all but given up hope. Despite this, Overall I am happy with the product, the packaging was amazing, with little tractor postcard, hessian wrapped, spare lens, etc, it felt like a lot of effort had gone into the packaging to make it feel like a quality product, it sits on my desk and I use it daily, it makes me smile, so I have forgiven the frustrating journey it took to get here. Overall I am happy with the £70 I paid, but would not recommend paying full price from their website as I wouldn’t be confident the purchaser would receive the item. Plenty of reviewers still waiting after 5 years!!

Bought a lamp from them January 14, 2017 and I still do not have it. Spotty communications and they just will not send me my lamp. AVOID.

Not delivering, just asking for more money up front. I backed the Lampster campaign on Indiegogo in 2017. No lamp has been received, just assurances that I will receive it. Their latest scam is to make us backers pay extra delivery costs - up front of course. I don't think so.

Ordered mine 5 years ago and still haven't seen it!! Have been in contact with them regular. Latest they said I could get it if just i paid a more for freight - but I still havent seen it!!! I dont believe that anyone can do that to customers who HAVE PAID and I wonder why other people can get their LAMPSTER. Cero stars from me, if that was possible.
