While I feel as though I have been very patient (I placed my order on the 15th of January 2016) and very diligent in communicating with this organization, I have still not received my Lampster nor have I received a response after my latest effort on the 8th of November of this year in which I finally gave up and requested a refund. To be very direct, this has been a very bad experience since I had hoped to give the lamp to my son-in-law as a wedding gift for a wedding that occurred last year!! Consequently, I am now unwilling to back any of the "projects" on Kickstarter since this one seems to have been a scam!!

This is very frustrating having ordered in March/April 2016. They used to reply to emails but no longer do they do. I am based in Asia, they offered fast shipping in a general update, I responded with the an email to try and proceed and never heard back. no progress very very frustrating. I wonder when this will ever arrive? will they actually asked me for my address before they ship since im moving soon? I'm happy to pay for additional shipping fees just to get it sooner, but I cannot even make contact with them anymore after several unanswered emails. UPDATE: received a response from the team and hoping to get this resolved, will continue to update this review as things get resolved UPDATE: I got one email response and then the responses stopped again. Hoping to get fast delivery. The lack of response is very frustrating Update: still hoping to be able to move forward with fast delivery, waiting for them to respond and send me the invoice for the additional cost to get fast delivery Update: finally it had arrived, the product is excellent and I love it, shame about the lack of communication and response speed. If they could arrange for greeter customer service and transparency the whole experience would have been a lot better. Changed the 3 stars

Great lamp, looks very cool. Great build quality and packaging. App is pretty good, only wrinkle is that music sync is iTunes only on iPhone. Im one of the original kick starter backers, so waited the 3 loooong years for the lamp. Wouldn't put me off ordering again.

Really bad support and communication. But as if this wouldn't be enough, they also show no honest respect for their costumers. Now they even started a censoring-campaign blocking multiple bakers and deleting everything critical on their sites. It even appears, that they are faking their location of business, so: extremely shady even though they seem to deliver in the end (which is 3 years later) Edit : I got my Lamp about a year ago and its a really nice piece indeed. But the project is still pretty messed up and because others have changed their review to 5 Stars after being served I'll keep mine a 1 Star review. I've just been lucky, the project is still terrible. Thanks to the Lamp being quite neat Id give it 2.5 Stars.

I agree with the other supporters - if I could rate these guys a ZERO I would. Three Years now. I also have ZERO confidence of ever seeing the item or my money. Whatever they type as a reply to this review I don’t believe. All misdirection and smoke and mirrors and no action. What a shame. I will never contribute to ANY further projects on Kickstarter because of these guys.

Ordered this in December 2015 on Kickstarter. Took 3 years to arrive. Customer service is very, very poor. Clearly a small outfit, seemingly in over their heads. Facebook messages were answered initially but haven't been for a long time now. Just an auto-response. I understand small companies can become inundated pretty quickly with messages from the thousands of customers who are angry about not receiving their item, but a simple bulk update on Kickstarter would have been better than nothing at all. The item finally arrived, it's alright but not really what i expected. The head seemed of good quality, although the 'warranty void' sticker was broken upon arrival so any hope of getting help should it stop functioning correctly is out of the window. The body is made of a durable plastic but the seems are a bit rough and ready. I ordered the 'black' model. I'm not sure if the body uses different coloured plastics depending on the colour picked, but i was kind of expecting it to at least be finished to a higher quality (i.e. painted). The individual LEDs are plainly visible as individual light sources when turned on which creates an unappealing ring of individual lights, rather than something that looks like a single light source. The app is so-so, drops in and out a lot. Actually pretty inconvinient to use, as i've had to set it up every time the lamp is turned off. I've barely used the lamp as a result. I still think the lamp is a nice design, but overall unimpressed by the service i recieved, and the final finished product didn't live up to expectations. That doesn't mean it won't live up to yours, i'm just sharing my experience.

Backed Indiegogo in December 2016 and Never Got my lamp. Last contact was in 08/2018 from Marilena Iordache asking to confirm my address and then an UPS shipping notification from Romenia that according to them the product was never sent. SCAM

This is my second review after receiving my shipment. The product is excellent and quality throughout. It was given to my son as a house warming gift. He loves. Yes, waiting for your shipment to arrive can be slow. They are are a small outfit trying to keep up demands with their shipments around the world..Be patient. Its well worth the wait.
