Sent my Lampster (head) back because of a RGB problem not an app problem. A new head. was sent very quickly with exactly the same problem. I believe they put the mainboard from the old unit into the new head, I would not put it past them judging by their past performance.

Ok first off, if you're just getting here, do NOT trust the "bad" reviews of Kickstarter backers complaining about the (long) wait. Yes, it took a long time and I had to pay a bit extra to get mine faster but I just got it (and the extra $€ were worth it, still got a decent discount for being a K. backer). Bottom line, it is AWESOME. The app works great, the lamp looks and works great. Besides, customer service was nothing but helpful and courteous during these 4 years. I was very frustrated too, but I guess so were they. That's what happens when you ask for $30k and receive $1M+ for a project on Kickstarter! Just hit pause and think. Put yourselves in their shoes for a sec. This project is NOT a "hoax". So be indulgent. Be super patient. If you can, ask for individual shipping. It IS worth it. You WILL get yours. And you WILL love it. I know I do :)

I ordered and paid for one years ago and it never showed up. I was one of the first supporters on their crowdfunding campaign.

Ordered 4 years ago on Kickstarter. Never got anything. Bad, little and no communication . Scam!

I like my Lampster but he has a app problem. The look is amazing on my desk with his hero position and his cute big eye. But he can`t save the lateist color settings. When you switch of the lampster and turn on, the color is white and not the lateist settings. In app you has no option to save color settings for a fast setup. Maybe in the future. Maybe also with smart home features?

The Lampster is a scam. They are Romanian con artists who have thousands of customers waiting for 4 YEARS without receiving what they paid for. They have "verified my address" a dozen times, and offered "expedited shipping" if I sent them more money. Still no lamp shipped. Nothing on their website or social media warns customers that the wait to receive a lamp is in excess of 4 years. What legitimate company continues to advertise a product when they have thousands of paid customers still waiting for years?!! Don't be suckered by a cute lamp. You'll never receive it.

I bought a lampster for my son's birthday. Waited one month to receive it in France, and it finally arrived with the glass broken ... and a spare glass in the pack ... Happened while in transit says support. I had to change it by myself, that's not that easy. Cool lamp however. Great look. Great options. Support can be reached via Facebook or Instagram to get a quicker answer.
