I got nine instead of 10 fish.and 6 of them died so I would probably won’t be using your store again

I have been buying from them for years. They always send healthy fish. The one instance I had when a fish came DOA, they made a refund. I really recommend them over most other companies.

They all died within a few hours but I wasn’t able to take a picture of them correctly became frustrated and just left the aquarium alone

Hello Gilbert; We're very sorry that all 15 Cichlids perished within a few hours. Even though they were 24 hours delayed in shipment, we pack our fish so that they are able to withstand that type of delay as long as they are not exposed to extreme temperatures. We had asked for tank parameters because we have seen such a massive loss come from the fish not acclimating well to their new environment. That's why we asked you for your tank parameters. We really wish we had the opportunity to get that data and photos to help identify the cause so we could have turned the situation around for you. We're sorry this was your first experience with us and would certainly like the opportunity to work more closely with you on a future order to ensure that the fish acclimate well and remain healthy. We hope you'll consider giving us another try!
