For me, everything they said they'd do, they did. The discus were exactly as described; shipping was as promised, packing was very good, and the fish arrived in good shape.

Shipping took a week and a half but…
Shipping took a week and a half but fish were fine when they arrived somehow!

Hi John, Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify our shipping process, when you placed your order on Monday 4/15 we placed your fish in quarantine for 48 hrs as per our normal procedure prior to shipping. They were still not ready for shipment on Wednesday and we do not ship on Thursday, Friday or the weekend. So your fish were packed on Monday 4/22 and shipped to you via UPS Next Day Air. So they spent approximately 24 hours in shipment. We’re very happy you’re pleased with your Discus and they are doing well. Thank you for your business!

Best seller with my experience!!!!
Best seller with my experience!!!!. Discusses arrived today are all just adorable !!! they are big, healthy and came without stress signs. I usually keep at least 3 days in a quarantine tank. Today I'm sure they are good enough to go in my main tank. Yet I'll give one day ;) Packing is perfect ++. clearly, IFishstore has spent enough time to ensure they would reach me safe. For the packing, for the optimum(best in market)shipping charges, I will buy again with IFishstore and I recommend for all Best wishes Dinesh. D
