Have always had good luck with Graphic Edge, only reason didn't give them 5 stars is they had listed an item online of which I ordered only to find out days later is was out of stock, so it put me in a bind to find an alternative site to get the item.

I have placed over 20 orders with The Graphic Edge for my soccer camps (ranging in all products and sizes), and I have always had my orders delivered on time and with 100% accuracy. For the quality, pricing, and ease-of-use (online), you cannot beat them!

Overall, I would use them again. We had a bit of confusion ironing out some details for our order as a business; however, the graphics department was quick to respond and rework the designs. I also loved that they organize each order in its individual package, labeled! Bonus. Payment for our minor profit was also a bit delayed and required some further paperwork to be submitted by us- but in the end we received it. Product was 5 star, service and processing was 4. I would recommend them.

Like so many of their customers The Graphic Edge is truly a team. Have used their services for 14 years and have had a few problems along the way but that is going to happen with any company. It isn't if a person or company make a mistake but how they make it right that really counts.
