I never received my order! I called asking what happened and their response was that they took it as a scam! that my card was not the same address. and in the end they blocked my account

During the conversation, we relayed that the error was an AVS error, that the Billing Address and the Card Holder Address did not match. This doesn't mean that we were under the impression this was a scam, it simply means that there was a disconnect between the billing address and what the bank/credit card company reports as the address on your card. We do apologize for any confusion, however!

Snelle levering maar het product zelf doet niets. Nu 2 weken aan de zeoliet detox en ik merk geen enkel verschil. Jammer.
