The product was either old or got hot. Half of it turned into a whitish solid. I tried to mix it but it looked cloudy and lumpy. I just threw it away. Very disappointed! I was looking forward to trying it They contacted me next day and gave me a refund, I believe the honey crystallized during shipping due to the extreme heat we experienced. I'll try again when it cools down.
