I've had a great experience overall. Really recommended to everybody who wants to learn how the fix and flip process works. Not recommended if you're not willing to put the time on learning and applying what they teach. The accountability calls are fenomenal and the daily coaching is super useful. Its a huge community with a lot of knowledgeable people that are willing to help.

During my initial contact with Flip Secrets, I was impressed with the integrity of the man explaining the program. Further, the design of the program is electronic (online), done at the person's pace, with the belly of the program being powered by many coaches, program leaders, and staff. There are additional downloads for everything taught on-line (video), plus the ability to watch the lesson as many times as necessary. In addition to that, there are accountability calls to one's assigned coach, as well as many live and recorded meetings at various times in order to further enhance program information. This program follows a successful pattern to flip houses, using other people's money. So, it doesn't matter if I have excess cash or not, if I follow the steps outlined in this course, I am able to make money and build real wealth. This is a common-sense type of program and I am very excited to have found something of extreme interest that teaches these fundamental and detailed activities. Plus, all those that have gone before me are kind and willing to answer questions and give advice. I am so impressed with the structure of the program, the amount of comradery between the coaches and all those that participate in this program. I can do all of this from my home. The secrets to flipping houses with this design style is genius. Every step is delineated from the start to the finish. If there are questions, there are online meeting boards where those questions may be answered. I cannot wait to complete the education part and go into the flipping houses part! This is a win-win for me.
