The Executive Job SearchReviews of theexecutivejobsearch.com

Molly's TEJS program is amazing! It's more of a learning experience, self development, that ultimately makes you a stronger person and thus more valuable for potential employers. It's not a "get me a job," it's "make it a better career" type of thing. I highly recommend.

I met Molly several years ago when I was in a job transition because the company I worked with was sold and the new management decided to clean house. Molly presented a positive and sensible approach to the executive job search process. Within three months I landed a new position utilizing the 'job search tools' that Molly provided. Last year after serving as a CEO of a non-profit organization for 8 year, the board of directors decided to move in a new direction. My at-will employment contract for not renewed. My first inquiry was to reach out to Molly. Her executive job search program was more extensive and resource driven than it was years ago. Her updated executive job search website and the well designed search process puts the job seeker in the driver seat utilizing her job search game plan. I highly recommend Molly to any executive level person looking to find their next opportunity.

Molly is very approachable, kind, and also very knowledgeable about many industries. She provides practical advice that’s both effective & actionable for all stages of the job search process, providing insightful recommendations along the way. The most important takeaway was managing the the interview process by asking relevant and smart questions intead of waiting for the hiring manager to ask questions during an interview, so as to not make it one-sided. This was a game changer since it was important for me to understand whether the company too was a right for me. I really appreciated that perspective and has enabled me to take it with me for the future. I particularly enjoyed the networking modules and Smart questions which helps connect with people. These also assisted me to build networking skills that served to be invaluable. These skills that help you land the right job also serve you well in growing personally. Networking was my weakness, & it is now my new found love! This is an excellent course!

Molly offered fresh insights into the interview process. I landed my current role after going through her program after searching for over 2 years. It was uncomfortable following her process but since I had nothing to lose, I went for it...and landed it!

Molly is an extremely accessible live coach - her program goes into foundational and advanced job search topics and her live group coaching sessions provide context and promote new idea generation and sharing amongst her clients - very well priced and thorough program.

Incredible insight to navigate the 2025 job market. The process, approach, and step by step guidance is valuable, easy to follow, and supportive.

I have been working with Molly and applying the training and guidance from the program . And while I have not landed my dream role yet , I have been getting more interviews and calls that I had before. I am confident that the ideal role will be present soon.

Molly's process is a game changer! This is the way that you can take back control of your interviewing and focus more on finding the job that fits your highest and best use. You will never look at your job search the same way again.
