The Executive Job SearchReviews of theexecutivejobsearch.com

What is great about Molly compared to the other coaches is that she spends a lot of time answering everyone's questions. Her networking techniques have a good rate of return and not complex. Price to Value has a great outcome

I've recently joined the program and have gained tremendous insights about the job search market. The game has changed and you need to be ready! Molly teaches you how to be intentional with your targeting, how to best position yourself, provides tangible action items, smart interview questions, negotiating and the list goes on. She also has community calls that are instrumental in hearing others challenges, providing you with a wealth of insights. Molly is beyond impressive with her breadth & depth in the evolving market, industries, roles and trends. She will challenge you to think differently. Well worth the investment.

Molly is a genius. OK, I know that's a big word but I don't use it lightly here. Molly has built a vibrant, accessible and intuitive program that delivers. Note that there is WORK to do, but if you are willing to put the work in, the ROI is real. Her programs are designed to be smart, intuitive processes and steps to help get yourself organized and targeting the right people and going after the right opportunities that fit YOUR career needs. She is personally accessible, offering weekly community calls and deep subject dives, and is an extremely talented mentor and guide. I don't know how she does it all! If you are an executive level candidate and looking for help - this program is it. Just do it.

This program and Molly's expert guidance has been an invaluable experience for me to crystalize my positioning and plans for the future. I was going thru a challenging mid career transition/ identity crisis after being a Marketing leader at a large financial services company for over a decade. Her easy to follow exec style program and digestible content combined with a strategic direct, communication style helped me to get past mindset roadblocks and focus on what is my best and highest use in the marketplace. The value far exceeds the investment in the program. Molly is a great coach, advisor and motivator!

This program is extremely beneficial. Molly has an excellent grasp of today's job market search. Posting for open positions no longer works due to ATS, large volume of applicants, and internal promotions. The only way to get the job you want is through networking. She goes into detail on how to ask smart questions so the person likes you and assumes you understand every aspect of a role. Additionally, Molly has 3 interactive web-exs per month to provide 1) specific individual help during office hours 2) Group Coaching where anyone can ask questions or help on a specific topic 3) Training and advice on a specific topic during a deep dive session. There is also a community group to ask questions, specifically to Molly or the entire group. Others in the program also help each other with advice, contacts, etc. Finally, Molly gets to know everyone. She helps you create a positioning plan with a detailed review and honest feedback. She is very direct, meaning she cares about you, pointing out flaws and gaps to increase your confidence and land the job you want.

I came across "The Executive Job Search" program during my last job search. The market for job seekers was depressed, which made this coaching program from Molly Wendell invaluable. She doesn't promise a magic way to find a new position, but she provides a ton of valuable advice for job seekers, along with a library of helpful content to ensure you are best prepared to find a new position. Using Molly's techniques (especially her advice for LinkedIn profile setup and resume formatting) I was able to land a new position in less than 3 months. (A senior marketing position at a well-regarded software company.) Thank you Molly.

The most practical, realistic advise I've ever heard regarding the whole job search process from all aspects of it. A no-nonsense approach that teaches and challenges the candidate/job-seeker to structure their approach in a self-reflective, well planned manner. Knowing and marketing your true potential are two different things. The TEJS service from Molly Wendell changes that - it helps to bridge that gap. It is still up to an individual to put in their time, leveraging the guidance and material provided. The course material - written documents, worksheets, videos they are phenomenal, one of a kind.

This program is top notch. The Monthly Deep Dives are extremely informative. Molly motivates you on every call. She is honest, current with her industry knowledge and restores your confidence. I highly recommend this course along with the resume workshop.
