Excellence delivery and services
I got a short notice to do a marketing campaign for Seals Valve and Piping Equipment with a 2 weeks deadline for the trip to south america and Executive Advertising saved me and exceed my expectation.

Great Company, No Problems!
Perfect custom pen transaction. The online ordering process was easy and straightforward and they had no problems using my Illustrator design file. The cost was competitive and email communication was great. My order was delivered 11 days from my proof approval, so pretty fast production rates. I have no reservations with recommending Executive Advertising and will order from them again.

Great selection and service.

Quality and Service at a Reasonable Cost

Great service, nice product
We ordered glass nail files to give out to new members of a professional organization. The designer was friendly and responsive, the nail files look great, and they arrived quickly. Will definitely use the company again and will recommend to others.

Absolutely Amazing
I ordered two customized items (Bags and Stress Balls) and they were AMAZING. The customer service was accommodating and so friendly. I will be using "The Executive Advertising" many more times in the future! I've never ordered anything customized without "catches" or "problems" but there were literally ZERO problems with my transaction. They have a loyal customer!!! Bye bye every other company! :)

Inconvenient reorder methods
As I've explained to the very friendly staff of this company, their website should be set up to allow online reorders but it is not. Instead you can only reorder by phone which takes too much time through the process of varification and waiting for return calls etc.

Hey Paul! Thank you so much for the feedback! We are actually working on that! Currently if you need to place a reorder, you have to call or email us your previous order number and we can pull the artwork and replicate your order pretty quickly. We have plans to add a reorder button to each of your previous orders for easy online reordering! We are working on this upgrade and look forward to launching that system in late 2016!
