Hi. Thank you for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve experienced across multiple products. We completely understand how disappointing it must feel, especially as a customer who has invested in our Supima Percale sheets, comforters, duvets, and mattress pads with the expectation of consistent quality. Your comments regarding the fit of the fitted sheets, the weight and construction of the duvet and comforter, and the overall feel of the materials are taken very seriously, and we regret that you were left feeling unsupported when you reached out previously. We absolutely understand why you would expect a more proactive solution, particularly if the sizing or performance of an item does not meet expectations. We will be reaching out to you directly to gather additional details so we can take a closer look and determine how we may be able to assist. Your loyalty means a great deal, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the experience and quality our customers rely on. We hope to have the opportunity to work toward a resolution and regain your confidence.
