I called for three reasons
I called for three reasons: Address change, info on date of my next credit limit increase eligibility, and to search for a charge from 6 months ago. My rep was amazing! She took time to address all of my concerns even helping me to search through my statements for a charge that I needed proof of to one refunded from the charging company, and was extremely pleasant throughout the entire process. At the end of the call everything had been resolved. Great experience. Thank you very much!

I was late on my card due to…
I was late on my card due to Coronavirus and being off work. I explained to her my situation. They removed late fees and gave me till May for a next payment. I was on phone with them for less than 10 min. She was very understanding and took care of it promptly. I have had nothing but great experiences with my card. 😀

I missed a payment due to illness and…
I missed a payment due to illness and called Build Card. I spoke with a very nice lady named Dorsie. I explained my situation and she credited my account for the $39 late fee and I was able to setup a payment date to get back on top of things. Thank you!

Brandy was so delightful and so…
Brandy was so delightful and so Cheerful.There are not many people like her doing her Profession. I say profession because that’s what it is. I am so happy that I got her to help me with my account. She really made my day. And I will not forget her
