The representative was very helpful, she was Awesom

The rep was awesome. I just feel that there is more the credit card companies could do to help during this pandemic. For instance my insurance company offered rebates to its customers, that nearly paid my entire bill. I’m very disappointed in all my credit cards. At a time When the world is on fire, the last thing people should have to worry about is debt. The lack of support for customers has put my family in greater hardship and forced me to have to enter a debt relief program. A lot of my friends have chose to file bankruptcy. This has completely depleted my funds and killed any hope my family had for recovery. Not the fault of the wonderful rep, Big corporations are greedy and not there to help like promised when signing up for the cards. This is a mistake I will not make again in the future.
