some one charged on my card without my knowledge or permission online for an app I don't have or use. The first CSR i spoke to said they had tried 8x to charge in January but was not approved. Not sure why but got an email stating my subscription was active and charged. Not sure why my card never notified me that something suspicious was happing to my account in Juanary. Had to call and report my card as fraud being made. Card has been canceled but not sure if the charges will be removed since I didn't authorize this charge.
