U didn't honor sale price for Muecci shaft when it came back in stock. Was sent an email saying was back in stock at sale price, ordered. A day or 2 later recieved a merchant refund, when asked why your response was your computer sent notice out before you could raise price from original sale price.

We found the matching 9 ball in perfect condition to our set, it arrived quickly, & the price was right!

I ordered a few Jade tips. Had them sent usps. They were here in 5 days so not bad but usps wouldn't deliver them to my house. So I contacted the Billard Bay company left a message and within couple hrs they contacted me back.. They went out of their way to send them 2 days UPS on their dime.. Great ppl and will Definitely be buying and doing my business with a stand up company!

I bought this shaft for a friend and it worked great. I was happy that the shaft matched up with the butt end and the whole thing rolled straight. The delivery was as expected so, well done guys! Thanks Greg D

Great service

Tangent line and pro english tools were all I hoped for and they got here QUICKLY! thanks a bunch. I took the tools over to my cousin's house (where the pool table is)......and away we went; including one who didn't want to participate, but the Tangent Line tool hooked her!
