The chairs were finally delivered and we like them. We ordered them in early November for a scheduled delivery before XMAS. They finally arrived in late February. So while we can't complain about the chairs, or the crew that set them up, with the delivery date being so far out from what was first stated, I don't know if we would recommend ordering from Theater Seat Store in the further. Unless of course, delivery dates do not matter.

Seats were in the wrong configuration. Only figured this out after opening boxes and dragging them up two flights into our theater room. This is not rocket science...just a simple curved row of three seats and they couldn't get it right. The seats are now just "pushed" together and not "locked" because the arrangement is wrong. Yeah, well maybe I'll just lug them all back downstairs, repackage, and then send them back. No, guess I'll just live it.

We are sorry to hear of your frustration. The order we show is a curved row of 3 seats. For configuration of your order, you should see (when standing in front of the chair and looking at it): IOV (the two arm seat) OV (one arm seat with a wedge arm) OI (one arm seat with a straight arm) Your row should be set up as: IOV OV OI Your order is correct, and we do show that the seat shipped were correct via the shippers manifest. Many consumers believe the two arm chair would be in the middle, but that is not how theater seats are set up. Also, regarding the "locked" together seats, manufacturers discontinued the locking mechanisms almost 2 years ago, due to issues occurring with tears in leather/fabric, as well as some recline issues. Almost all theater seats now just "push" together, as you noticed. If you have your seats on a hard wood floor, we suggest anti-skid pads under the legs of the chairs. I bought a curved row of 4 of The Magnolia chairs. These chairs are a great value, I would recommend without reservation. The base and frames are solid. The cushions and seat-backs are very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness. The lumbar support was an important consideration for me and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of support. I do have one small issue with one of the chairs. There is a very slight hesitation/lateral movement when the chair first attempts to recline. It seems like it may be off a bit. Not sure if that will be a problem down the road.

The seats look nice. They are not as comfortable as my leather recliner couch I bought at Levitz years ago. I was disappointed that no one informed me the furniture would be "dropped off" outside in large boxes. Good thing my son was strong enough to take them out. For the price, they are "ok".

I received the chairs and the tables; however, have not received the wine glass holders?

The driver dropped off our chairs in our driveway on pallets, wrapped in boxes. No install, no packaging removal as promised. Also one of the chairs reclining buttons was broken

Quality product, reasonably priced. I am enjoying the comfort and stylish look of my new Octane seating. I was a little hesitant to make the online purchase having not touched or sampled the product, but I'm very happy that I did. Furniture was delivered in the time frame that I was given and the white glove installation was neat and timely.

The chairs are attractive. The cushions are a bit firm, and I would have preferred a higher back. Plan to add a head pillow.
