My experience with the theater seat…awesome
My experience with the theater seat store was absolutely awesome. I needed my chairs before thanksgiving day and I got them within a week after I placed my order with more than enough time to spare. Devan was the best. Devan made sure all my questions were answered promptly and correctly. She stayed on top of the order to get it to my house in no time. The quality of the seat is very nice that she picked and hopefully will last years to come. Thanks Devan and thanks theater store.

Product arrived on time8 new chairs
Product arrived on time. It was as advertised. A week later I had an issue with one chair and their customer service was exceptional in helping me get it fixed.

Apprehensive...But well worth it!
I was a bit leery to spend this kind of money and something that you were going to enjoy in your home for many years to come over the internet for an item that you could not see, touch, and feel. I was pleasantly surprised of the customer service, quality of the product, and quality of delivery. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and incredibly comfortable chairs!!
This is one of the best companies which I have ever dealt with from Ian, our Sales Representative, to lovely Devan, our Customer Service Representative to the delivery driver who helped my husband load our two new theatre seats into our RV. As a Canadian snowbirder, we were looking to get comfortable seats for the limited space in our 5th wheel to enjoy for the 4 months whilst in the Sunshine State. I had looked repeatedly at the Wayfair site but nothing shouted out to me. I stumbled upon The Theatre Seat Co. and how fortuitous for us. The chairs are streamlined with clean lines, they are an elegant addition to the 5th wheel and most importantly, they are so very comfortable. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch quality and style furniture!! Well done...
