Very good experience but the pre rolls containers are very hard to open
Response from The Human Condition Shop • THC Shop· Oct 21, 2025
Hi there! I’m so glad to hear you had a good experience overall. Thank you for letting us know about the preroll containers — they can definitely be a little stubborn sometimes! A quick tip: try squeezing the tube near the top, and it should pop right open. I hope that helps! Take care, Heather P.
