You gave me one price but when you receive the product it was a problem but I know you sold my product for top dollar but gave me pennies for it that’s not right and my other product you didn’t do me right on the price and you sold it for top dollar.

Hello, I reviewed your order and the accompanying photos and one of the products you sent was opened. We contacted you directly to explain the situation, though our terms and conditions are very clear about what we can and cannot accept. Also, we sell products at up to 75% off. On the majority of products we're significantly lower than every one of our competitors. Many of the products we purchase are damaged or have very low expiration dates which significantly affects our ability to resell them, if we can at all. In many cases, we end up donating product we paid for. That said, if you have any other questions please let us know.
