I spoke to Kimberly and explained that I sent my box last week ,hadn't heard anything and i was going to be out of town next week and I didn't want my envelope left in my mailbox. We changed my delivery from no charge to priority so that i would receive it before I left. she was extremely helpful for a first time customer.
