I've used this site twice now to offload extra supplies and the experience has been great overall. It's super easy, they're very open about fluctuations and are quick to pay out after they receive shipment.

Hi Luis, On July 29th, a check for the full amount plus a bonus was created for you. As my employees mentioned when you spoke to them today, we will handle this. As you didn't request tracking with your payment, we won't see where your check is, but we will issue you another one tomorrow. Thank you for notifying us of the issues. We will send it to you tomorrow and add tracking information so you can track the delivery. Call me tomorrow morning at 888-326-2213 if you have any more questions. Adam

Use to be the best place to sell my dexcoms. But I was lied to. USPS never lies on their website. It said it was picked up in person. Yesterday. And payments are to be sent out the next day. I was lied to and said it wasn’t picked up. But the USPS doesn’t lie. Very disappointed now I have to wait an entire two days!

Hi Karl, USPS marks items delivered to the mail box, not that we have picked it up. You have been selling to us since 2017, not one time have we mislead you about anything. We always make payments within 1 business day of receiving the items on our offices. We have shipped and received 10s of 1000's of packages and USPS does not always have accurate information on their tracking information. I am sorry you were not 100% happy with the transaction but I do value your feedback and we are always trying to get better. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at 888-326-2213 if you have any other questions or concerns. I value the 7 years of business we have had. Adam
