improve by learning to count! I took pictures of everything along with the date code on them and when I received my check it was less than 1/3 of what it should have been. I should have listened to the reviews of your shady practices but now I know and so does everybody online. I filed a complaint with the Wis DOJ and BBB, do not contact me ever again

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration expressed in your review. All items sent to us are carefully reviewed according to our published submission guidelines, which include requirements regarding expiration dates and product eligibility. Unfortunately, some of the items in this submission were expired, which makes them ineligible for full payment under our policy. Because of this, the payment issued reflected only the items that qualified. We encourage all customers to review expiration dates and submission guidelines before sending items to ensure they meet the requirements. Our goal is always to process submissions fairly and consistently for every customer. If there is ever a question about how a submission was evaluated, our support team is available to review the details and provide clarification.
