The woman I spoke to
The woman I spoke to, prior to purchasing the paternity kit was extremely helpful. My results were complete, and reported to me 3 days after the kit was received by the lab.

Convenient, Easy and Fast
The option to have test kits mailed to each party at separate addresses was very convenient. Delivery was fast, directions were clear and easy to follow. Prepaid return envelope with express shipping made sending samples to the lab easy, also. We had results back in two business days. Notification was by phone with a follow-up email. Extremely pleased from start to finish.
