Placed an order for a funeral. They cancelled my order and said they didn't have the flowers in stock. Never offered to make something different. Charged my account and left me in a bind!

My bad for being sucked in by a Google search for flowers in a specific town. (Should have done Yelp first). This call center is based in Las Vegas. Communication was poor. $16 service charge not explained.Was told the online photo came without a vase and needed to upgrade to get one. What was pictured and what was delivered very different. Not a sunflower in sight. I thought I was ordering local. My bad and so is this rip off phone center.

Paid over $80 for what was probably a $25 arrangement and what was delivered bore zero resemblance to what I ordered. This appears to be a local business to the town you are sending to, but turns out they are just a clearinghouse site. Find a real local florist. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!

Guess I'm joining a long list of customers who regret ever ordering from this company. Didn't deliver what was ordered and on top of that the flowers were dead. Keep on Scrolling right past this business

Wrong flowers delivered option was to only get a $5 refund

I ordered flowers for a funeral service in Arizona. I am in Texas. I called to ensure the order would make it to the service on time. I was told I needed to place the order online and document in the "special instruction" area which I did and I placed the order as instructed. 3 hours before the service I get a call stating they can't get the arrangement to the service and will have to deliver to the home. A little over an hour later I get a call stating they can't make the arrangement at all and have to cancel my order. They act like they are a local shop but they aren't. Total waste of time and ridiculous customer service.

Flowers left on my porch- did not know they were there. Flowers were poor quality, half the size the bouquet was suppose to be, and no indication where they were from. Very expensive and my arrangement looked nothing like it was supposed to. Would not use them ever!

Delivered LATE, not a very generous bouquet. They did let me know at 4PM the day it was to be delivered that it would be another day. ALSO, they claim to be local which seems to be a blatant lie.
