Terrible customer service. I paid for a one-time order, and this company somehow enrolled me in a subscription without my permission. There’s no way to cancel it yourself — you’re forced to email them and wait, which feels shady and deceptive. This company operates like a scam. I would not recommend them to anyone

Ordered one month only for a trial only to have it become a monthly subscription. I would not have ordered another month because it made no difference to my reflux.

Took £43 from my bank account but forgot to post the goods (it says posted, but I have not received it). Sent them a DM to their support email, But have not received a response. The order was placed on 13.11.25!

Been through almost 4 bottles of acid relief and reflux inhibitor but having to constantly revert to Gaviscon and omeprazole so not finding these products efective at all.

Tried 1 of their subscriptions and didn't feel any effect. Also noticed reading the back of pack that they don't have a single proven health claim. It's all soft implication and marketing. But what really pissed me off is you can't cancel online ie. I had to contact them to cancel my subscription. I just think any brand that does that knows its product is bullshit and is trying to squeeze out a few more pennies from you before you leave because it knows you won't be coming back anyway
