Fast & efficient service and very polite agent

I have to say the response from the support group was amazing. My problem was resolved almost immediately. The warranty had just expired yet I got a new unit.

This product is great! I used it as soon as I got it and it works perfectly. Pads stick great. Definitely worth the money!

Rey, has done an awesome job, politely and attentively helping me resolve an issue regarding replacement pads, that never arrived as a gift for registering my Tenker unit.

Very helpful! Great virtual customer service
