No instructions came with it. Even a picture of the assembled product would have been helpful. Had to go through several useless YouTube videos. The website indicates that it mounts ANY device but only shows phones.....can't see how an iPad would work. Thought this would be a good gift for teens on my Christmas list. Glad I only bought one to try it. Not working for me.

In November ‘24 I ordered 6 Tenikles because of an offer from Tenikle - buy 3, get 3 free + 3 free remotes. I received the 6 Tenikles but no remotes. I notified Tenikle immediately, provided all documentation they requested, and was told they would be shipped right away. I sent multiple emails when I didn’t receive them after a month, 2 months, 3 months, and received responses about shortages, busy time of year, etc. I finally did receive the remotes - in March ‘25.

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for your patience throughout this long process. We're truly sorry for the delay and the frustration caused by waiting so long for your remotes—we know how disappointing that must have been, especially after such a big order. Last holiday season, we faced unexpected supply chain challenges and shortages that affected many of our shipments, and unfortunately, your remotes were caught up in that. We tried our best to keep everyone updated, but we know it wasn’t the smooth, reliable service you deserved. We’re grateful for your persistence and understanding, and we’re glad the remotes finally made it to you. If there’s anything else we can do to make your Tenikle experience even better, please reach out to us anytime at [email protected]—we’re always here to help. Thank you again for giving us the chance to make things right, and for being part of the Tenikle family.

Wish I had read the reviews first. The service was good, the product not so much. I had great hopes for using as a car mount since I have nowhere to attached standard mounts. It stuck to the windscreen just fine but after a few hours would fall off. Don't recommend.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you found our service good, but we’re truly sorry the product didn’t meet your expectations—especially as a car mount. Tenikle’s suction cups work best on clean, smooth surfaces, but factors like temperature or humidity can sometimes affect how long they hold. If you’d like some tips for a more secure hold, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We want to help however we can.
