Excellent service. Was easily able to get a refill on my Rx and company was very responsive.

Tried, over and over again to get a prescription filled. First time they said they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I've been waiting 2 days for them to respond to my message about the correct pharmacy. Still waiting.

Complete scam. Needed prescriptions. After a week and numerous phone calls was told they cannot prescribe what I need, which were only blood thinners and blood pressure medications. Do not sign up for this!

I am still highly sus about this company but in the end recieved a perscription for my anxiety meds. My first appointment request i said i wanted to speak to a doctor and message said i should hear from someone within 2 hours. 4 hours later after not getting any communication i submitted another appointment request this time i indicated that i didnt need to speak to anyone. 2 hours later i got a stange call from a call center asking if anyone had reached out to me or not. I said no, they proceeded to tell me my perscription had been sent over to my pharmacy. So overall mixed feelings and very little trust for the ethics of this provider but content that i recieved my meds.

Telemdfirst is extremely unresponsive. It takes them days to respond to inquiries. It has been a week and they have not sent my BP prescriptions to Walgreens. Telemdfirst now claims they sent the prescriptions, but Walgreens never received it.

I paid $79 and said that they will call within 2hrs and almost 5 hours later never received any calls. Not happy at all!! I have a proof of receipt and I don't know where to send it.

Don't waste your time. This company is super frustrating to deal with. Filled out the form after about 5 hours I contacted them and they called, which was nice. The guy on the other end was very obviously not a doctor. He asked me to send a screen a shot of the tear results. Sent them, got no confirmation of receipt and haven't heard anything back. If fast, reliable, and competent are what you're looking for, look elsewhere.
