Original Review: The Tellus app has a great investment model and I so want it to work for me, but they flagged my account for some reason I can't do any ACH transfers. I've used Plaid and ACH with other simililair investment apps and haven't faced this issue. Customer service recommended using Zelle, but soon after that, it seemed to have been removed as an alternative funding option. That leaves bank wire, but isn't practical considering the domestic wire transfer fees from my bank. Updated Review: after leaving my initial review, Tellus customer service has been very prompt to remedy the issue, and from what it seems, it is all cleared up. I am now able to initiate transfers without any hang-ups. Time will tell how well I like the Tellus app overall. Thank you!

Why TELLUS APP doesn't have customer serves phone numbers and physical address? If so, the investors feel more confidence with TELLUS APP.
Response from Tellus· Nov 16, 2022
Hi Wendy, we do offer live in-app support chat where you can reach our customer success team during business hours, Monday-Friday. You can find this feature in the app from your Profile tab. We do have a physical address, please email us at [email protected] and we'll happily provide our contact information. Have a great day!

I’m interested in using the App but it seems like Tellus support only responds to the 5 star good reviews. There’s a bad review about customer support no where to be found and no support has responded yet. Whats the contact number for Tellus?
Response from Tellus· Oct 19, 2022
Hi Orane, you can reach out to us via the help desk option in the app which opens into live support chat portal. We are also reachable via email at [email protected].

I just invested in an account with Tellus because of the great reviews online regarding the safety of this app and the fabulous customer service. Yet no one appears to be home after numerous attempts to reach a customer service rep. Wondering if those so-called customer reviews are even real now. Very disappointed.

One of the easiest apps to use. Love how it’s associated with Chase Bank. I was like most people first skeptical of this style of banking. But after a few months of using Tellus. Im a firm believer in this style of banking. Also what’s nice is seeing your interest being added to your account every day. Plus the questions that keep giving you some nice boosts to your boost account. I would recommend this to anyone. Who wants to try something new and different and get a nice interest rate on your hard earned money.

Love your app. The customer service is the absolute best. I ask many questions and I always get a response. Keep that up. The boost trivia questions are a neat way to learn some basic info. Interest rates are unbelievable. Highly recommend anyone reading this to check it out
