they have always been so nice to me
they have always been so nice to me, always wanting to help.. they work with me on payments sometimes. they told me not to worry i have them in my corner and they would not let anything happen to my computer

The service is done without interfering…
The service is done without interfering with what I am doing. The tech calls me when the service is finished and I do not have to sit around and wait. The tech is fast, courteous and very pleasant. Jeffery was my tech today and I was very pleased with the way he conducted himself.

The help was greatly appreciated but…
The help was greatly appreciated but experience would be much better if the technician was more patient. After discussing the experience I believe that Mr, White and I better understand the challenges that we both are facing and I am impressed that he took the time to discuss the interaction and understood some of my frustration. Excellent service, fast and helpful.
