This is how it should work!!! I'm running 2 virtual servers a core and 1 with the gui its great!!! Just 1 thing why can't we change from core to gui and then switch back like in 2012 R2?

Yes it boots fast, but that is not something so important for a server that should generally not be restarted often. I love the performance which is teh key factor here.

We purchased Server 2012 on the day it was released and have been very happy with it. The feature we love the most is the built in data de-duplication!

Evaluating in a test environment and so far I am impressed. Instead of getting larger, Windows Server 2012 can actually give you a smaller footprint with the -GUI installations which will help out on our production SAN. We are looking at HyperV 2012 going forward instead of Vmware / Vcenter and it looks like we might be able to save money going forward.

I love windows 10!!! It was everything that should have came with Windows 8. I am glad to see Microsoft is back on track! You have to poke around a bit to fully appreciate all the features. You will not be disappointed!
