Will definitely use TechTwice again in the future. They're fast and they do what they say. I was surprised to get exactly the estimate amount they offered me for my gadget. Very trustworthy and professional

Took in an older iPhone 6 I had and got a fair price for it. After a few minutes of the tech team examining the phone, I walked out with $. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

The whole process was easy. They offered me the most money and they gave me exactly what I was quoted. Only drawback is the time it takes to get the money after getting a quote and mailing your item but that can't really be helped.

Great, friendly and professional support from the get go. I will recommend Techtwice to everyone of my friends. They were awesome! My sale transaction only took about a week. It was simple. You post your phone, they provide an instant quote and send you a shipping label to mail your phone. They email you a couple days later and bam! Your check has been cut and sent. Wow!!!

I had an all around great experience with TechTwice. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries. The prices they quote for used iPhones are competitive, and the best I could find through my research.

We had previously used another company but decided to give this a try and were completely pleased. Good price, quick pay. Everything just as it should be. Will definitely use again.

My support team was the best. They helped me through the process. I had issues with my carrier and they listened and helped me with the issues I was having. At the end of the process I felt that we were old friends.
