I had purchased a fire pit table online I did not open it due to end of season purchase when I did get around to opening I had realized there were several cracks and chips in the product top I reached out to Teamson customer service to see if they could help they informed me my warranty period was over but were still willing to work with me to fix my problem within a few emails and pictures to the company they are sending me a replacement top for the fire pit table thank you teams on for helping me out I will be purchasing your items again in the future and telling family and friends about you.

I bought a girls vanity from Teamson, I had a few pieces missing. I contacted them and they express shipped to me what was missing. They were very prompt in resolving my issue! I would most definitely by their products again!

I cannot say enough good about the customer service! They care so much about helping you!!! They send emails every step of the way and keep you informed! They are so professional and they respond quickly!!! I love my three tier fountain and the screens on them that keep debris out!!! I love the LED lights on my fountain, and I just think it is so beautiful and well made! I hope to use this fountain for years to come! I highly recommend this company and their products!!!

J'ai donc commandé un "Peaktop Chaise Lounger set of 2 with arm PT-OF0038", ainsi qu'une petite table. Je viens de les recevoir et de les assembler aujourd'hui. Du côté positif : - Livraison rapide - Toutes les pièces et le matériel sont en place, triés et marqués correctement - Les meubles font leur travail Du côté négatif : - Fait de très mauvais acier, pas d'aluminium, il rouillera donc. Nous verrons à quelle vitesse - Est venu déjà endommagé, quelques rayures ici et là en raison du mauvais emballage. Donc plus de rouille - Je suis venu déjà rouillé, j'ai eu des flocons de rouille qui tombaient de la partie arrière pendant l'assemblage - Un sacré assemblage, surtout si le client n'a aucune expérience et utilise la clé hexadécimal/Allen fournie. Absolument pas de précision, les trous pour les boulons ne se rencontrent pas, les plaques de fixation ont été soudées en place par un ivrogne aveugle à une main, je suppose. Je ne sais pas comment j'ai réussi à ne dépouiller aucun des boulons - même le serrage des boulons avec la clé Allen fournie fait que le cadre se plie littéralement sous pression, sans trop serrer. Comme un couple de 15 Nm, je crois - la table, qui est essentiellement un morceau de métal peint et un peu de rotin, est vraiment mal peinte. Comme si cela avait été fait avec une canette de peinture en aérosol dans un garage poussiéreux. Dans l'ensemble, c'est la deuxième pire qualité d'un produit métallique que j'ai jamais vue de toute ma vie. La première place va à un produit d'Allemagne qui avait littéralement des boulons Allen avec des trous de serrure pas au centre :D

Overall my experience was very good. The product arrived with no damage, instructions were a little lacking but I have put together this type of stuff before. One of the bolts was not able to be screwed in but I had a fix for that. Upon initial order I received an email about a shipping label being created through USPS but was never able to track or see even if it had shipped. I emailed a week after that notification to make sure it was in stock etc., got a reply that is was being shipped and boom it literally arrived the day after email. Look forward to using this item down on our boat dock!

Once the order was placed I received the everything very quickly, fast delivery and the table, chairs and the bookcase with bins are very pretty. Assembly was a breeze and our granddaughter loves her new “furniture”. Thank you for a well made and beautiful product!!!
