Advertises fake low-price tickets, claims they're gone when you try to book them, then immediately offers them again at ~double the price. Update (08/24/2026): Allegedly transferred me 40 SGD as compensation and requested I remove this review. Update (09/21/2026): Still haven't received any compensation after providing details for 2 different bank accounts (1 of them being Revolut), PayPal, and Wise. They keep claiming "unable to locate correspondent bank" (?!) and requesting more details for more bank accounts for more banks (!). Update (09/28/2026): Now they're suddenly claiming the account name I provided doesn't match the passenger name (there's no passenger) and asking me to provid a ticket I never purchased (?!). Update (10/02/2026): They (finally) compensated me. 40 EUR instead of 40 SGD as compensation for these compensation transfer problems.

I had a problem with my flight booking because of a system error on TeaFlight’s side. The wrong flight was booked, so I contacted their customer service. The process was a little frustrating because I did not get a clear answer about when the new ticket would be issued. I was told that they were still working on it, but there was no exact time. However, their Travel Protection service really worked in my case. They arranged a new flight for me with no extra cost. The ticket was actually issued the day before, but I did not receive an email about it. I only found out after I contacted them myself the next day. I was also very happy with their Korean customer service. A kind female staff member spoke Korean with me and clearly explained everything. She was very helpful and friendly. Because of this experience, I would use TeaFlight again. Even though there was a system error and the wrong flight was booked, TeaFlight did not simply change the flight time. They gave me a better and more expensive airline at no extra cost.

It was weird for me that i have to wait 30 hours for the boarding pass. But i got it 3 hours after payment and Everything worked out.

Booked a flight with them aware they do take up to two days to issue tickets. Unfortunately I needed then a little faster so their customer service team tried to speed it up with head office but at last I did cancel after 34 hours. Customer service was great, they answered the phone straight away and refund was received extremely fast also (2 working days). Just thought I’d put this review up in case anyone is worried about them holding your money. Full refund if the ticket hasn’t been issued.

I purchased a direct flight from Singapore to Manchester with Singapore Airlines via TeaFlight as they were one of the cheap options on SkyScanner. After making payment, I started reading reviews for TeaFlight and was terrified I'd just been scammed. A few days later they emailed with my booking reference. When I entered the booking reference (PCN) into the airlines website it told me it didn't exist. Panic set in, so I called the airline. Looks like TeaFlight had actually booked the flight correctly but some reason sent me the wrong booking reference. They cross referenced the e-ticket number they had sent which was correct, and I'm now checked in and have my boarding pass. A stressful experience, but thankfully I wasn't scammed!

Was worried initially due to the reviews. Fortunately, the ticket is legit and managed to do online checkin with my airline. Just make sure to double check the flight itinerary with the airline support as well. Overall, teaflight seem like its not a scam from what I experienced. Perhaps they might just take some time to reply the support with booking issues so take note.

Seems to have worked for me. Domestic return flight with Virgin Airlines in a rush. Booked for 4 people and saved about $420. Things to note/warnings: 1) The flight was urgent, next day. After ordering from Teaflight, I first got an email that it will take 48hrs to confirm the flight. Which totally freaked me out, but within 1 hour the first flight was booked and 2 hours after the return flight was booked. FEWH! So if your buying for a flight within the next 48hrs, I would say avoid as it might be a risk. 2) The booking was split into 3 flight bookings with the same airline. I think the reason for this is they were not able to find seating for my family to sit together since the flight was very full, so Teaflight separated us and created multiple bookings. The problem was I had no idea they did this, only one incomplete reference number was given. I had to call the airline who were able to find the other reference numbers but it took the airliner 1 hour to find the missing reference. Needless to say, airliner was not happy I called them. They wanted me to contact Teaflight to fix this issue but I was running out of time and could have missed my flight since Teaflight takes a few hours to respond 3) Teaflight couldn't book the baggage allowance in time for the first flight, so it was auto refunded. But only for the first flight. The second flight was booked with the allowance but I didn't even need it since the second flight already came with allowance. Their system does not allow purchasing allowances for single flights. I was able to directly purchase baggage allowance for the first flight from the airline check-in website. 4) I have managed to receive email responses from Teaflight. The response time is not fast enough though, between 1 hour to 5 hours. As such, they were not able to complete my request in time and I lost $78 for an addon that I didn't need. (Auto booking happened 3 hours after the original order, but Teaflight didn't read my email for 5 hours) 5) I tried to book another flight with them to see if I could continue to get savings, but the second booking had no savings at all. So I suppose this was just a introductory rate? Summary: If it works, and you know what you are doing, you may end up saving a few $$. For me $420 savings wasn't bad after all and was worth making the booking with Teaflight despite some headaches. Lessons learned: Always check the rates as future bookings may not give you the best rates against other competitors or the airline direct. Don't buy addons with the flight since you can't buy for individual flights and its slightly more expensive. Wait for booking to confirm and then buy any addons direct from the airliner. Expect slower responses, so if your flight is urgent, don't buy from Teaflight.

I encountered Teaflight after searching for flights using another website. I purchased the ticket, which was a slightly lower price than other agents were offering for the flight but noticed that the ticket did not come through right away. It came through about 25 hours later in the form of two emails from teaflight. The day before my flight, I could not access the online check-in because the information provided by Teaflight did not include the correct eticket number on my ticket. I wrote to their customer service team twice and got a timely response each time. They sent me the correct eticket number and instructions for how to do the online check in. The ticket was legit, and I was happy with my flight.
