Easy and clear

NEWBIE As a first time user, I had numerous issues. Most were primarily due to my inexperience. I wish the response time were faster from Support but they did respond and were quite helpful. I will return next time tax forms have to be filed and hope to have less stumbles on my way to a successful result.

We had a high volume of Form 5227 returns that were completed but still needed to be e-filed. Our existing software did not support e-filing, so we set out to find a solution that would allow us to upload our existing return information and e-file the 2025 returns with minimal duplicate data entry. After months of researching and evaluating options, TaxZerone was the only provider able to meet our needs. With the October 15, 2026, deadline approaching and October already underway, time was critical. The TaxZerone team was ready to jump in, work alongside us, and help get the returns filed on time. I am happy to say that we absolutely chose the right company and team for this project! We successfully e-filed all returns, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Easy to use and navigate

Thank you for making the process of submitting the 941 so easy. The interface is very user friendly and I appreciate the email confirmations. We'd been mailing the 941s in the past and had no way to documenting their acceptance with the IRS....this makes me feel so much better. Thanks!
