Tastytrade platform, content and service is amazing. The speed and quality is amazing. Customer service actually respond quickly and have LOTS of knowledge of their own platform and how financial markets/products work.

Good broker for options relatively low fees. One of the few brokers that lets you access options trading in the UK. Depositing your money takes some time and requires international transfers.

Just a quick mail to the support desk and the issue was fixed right away. Top Service !

I needed someone "human" to talk to and I found him. My answers got quick answers and I really felt the presence of a support structure that is there for me. Super happy about it. That said, Tasty Trader as a platform should in terms of providing all the info that a customer should need in an easy and clear format, which is not teh case: If I need to know over a year time - How many fees I paid - How many commissions I paid - How many interests I paid - How many dividends I earned and how much taxes I already paid on them - ... I have no such report providing me such holistic view. All these details should be available in a standard report that I should be able to download at my convenience. If Interactive brokers can do it, Tasty Trade has no excuse for not doing it as well ;-) Hence the 4 stars instead of 5 ... Self Service reporting are not up to industry benchmark (Interactive Brokers).

Promotion offer tempted me. But not worth. you will have too much frustration from locked up with no reason to log in and 7th new password creation . Agents over the phone are not friendly, lack of ownership, very stiff . This company are not customer centered in business

Over the past few years I have occasionally transferred money from Transferwise to Tastytrade. It always worked. A few weeks ago I did the same again and it was declined. Shortly after that I started getting margin calls and I contacted "customer service" and told them I don't understand why I'm getting these calls as I don't have a position in my account. They told me it was due to the rejected wire transfer, now they are insisting that I send them 30 USD plus interest. It reminds me of the cheap airline tickets you get through some shady websites. If all goes well, fine. But they will try to rip you off as soon as they get the chance. I am ashamed to have ever done business with this company.
