Hi Ingrid, We’re truly sorry for the experience you had and for the confusion around our production locations. We completely understand your frustration, you expected your samples to be produced and shipped from the U.S., and the mixed tracking information was disappointing. To clarify, Tapstitch supports both U.S. and international fulfillment centers, and customers can choose which location to produce from when placing an order. However, we recognize that this wasn’t made clear enough during your purchase, and that’s on us. We’re already working on improving how this information is displayed on our website, so customers can easily see where each product will be fulfilled before checkout. At the same time, we’re continuing to expand the range of products available from our U.S. warehouse, so more items can be produced domestically and delivered faster. We truly regret that this caused you inconvenience and frustration, and we appreciate you pointing it out, it helps us improve both our communication and our service. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope we can earn back your trust in the future. – The Tapstitch Team ❤️
