Hi Benjamin, We’re really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and understand why this has been concerning. After reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify the timeline for transparency. Your order was shipped on March 1, and on March 13 the carrier reported a failed delivery attempt. We arranged a re-delivery, however on March 16 the carrier confirmed the shipment was refused by the recipient, which resulted in another failed delivery. The parcel was then returned and reached the carrier’s overseas warehouse on April 7. We completely understand how this experience may have felt unclear from your side, and we’re sorry for any gaps in communication along the way. To resolve this, we have already processed a full refund for your order. Please note that refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
