The customer support is great and the selection of giftcards is vast. I also like that you can let the customer choose what giftcard they want. But the "sales" process and set-up was quite long and complicated for something that I think should be rather simple.

I love how Tango Card integrates with Influitive's Advocate Hub which enables me to recognize my advocates and removes the administration aspect of gift card fulfillment which saves me a ton of time. I would certainly recommend Tango to anyone who runs an advocacy program because it saves me so much time. Anytime that I have had any issues, their support team has been awesome to work with.

Contact tango ecard company many times without response.now I thinking it's a scam or fake company.was told my ecard with be in my email box a hour after process after waiting still three days later that no longer answer my request.they oh me 29.00 ecard guess I want see that after all the hard work I put in with my surveys over the months beware .what a rip off company.
