J'ai commandé de la nourriture pour chien, c'était de très bonne qualité, le service client était très bon, je choisirai désormais de la nourriture pour mon chien, je recommande vraiment cet endroit 5 étoiles

I ordered two cases of moist cat food from them in Feb of 2022. I never received the food. Has been backordered this whole time. At first it was fine. Shipping issues, etc. I have contacted them several times to cancel the order and get my $112 back. They say it's been put back on my CC. It hasn't. I feel like they're jerking me around. I just want my money back!!! Order number is 6105. I have contacted you a number of times. The money was never returned on my credit card. The last guy I talked with last week said it was refunded in Oct. That would have been four months ago, but still it wasn't done. He told me he would send a screen shot of the transaction that I could take to my bank. I never got this. Why not just return my $112?? Finally received credit back for last yrs order that I never received. I'm assuming it was a glitch in system that took so long. All good now.

Thanks talis us team!

This company is terrible. I purchased a reptile supplement and they sent me the completely wrong one. I emailed this company several times and got no response. I called and they said they would call me back in 24 hours. NO response. I called again over 10 times and finally someone answered and told me the owner did send me the right product and they will not refund me. They absolutely did NOT send me the right product. I have proof of what I ordered vs. what I received. The one they sent me had an ingredient in it which could have killed my bearded dragon. PLEASE spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered special cat food for my cat with allergies. Usually I get it for $19 somewhere else, but they were out. Tali’s charged me $61. After a week, it still hadn’t shipped. I emailed but didn’t get a response. I called customer service and asked to cancel the order and was told to send an email also asking, which I did. Three days later they said it would ship soon. Responded that I didn’t want it and already asked for a refund. Called and left a message. A week later the food arrived, but I didn’t need it anymore. It was 3 weeks after the order and 2 weeks after being told it was canceled and I’d get a refund. I called again and said I was supposed to get a refund and didn’t want the food, as I had purchased it somewhere else. They said they’d speak to a manager and call me back. Never heard from them. This company is horrible in every way. Since they responded to my original post to ask this: my name is Sarah, the order is 9137, the food is $19.99 for 4lb bag on Amazon when in stock, and I spoke to Shah both times I called. Was supposed to get a call back, never did. I called and emailed on the 10th to cancel the order. That’s 4 days before it shipped. The issue is that I was told it was canceled and now every time I email and call to figure out how to ship it back and get the refund processed, I get no reply. So please respond to my emails. I shipped the product back on 11/4 and emailed a photo of the receipt asking for confirmation of my refund and when it would be posted. I’ve gotten no responses and no one answered when I called, so I left another message. The amount I’ve had to do to get a refund for a shipment u canceled 2 weeks before it arrived is absurd.

I ordered a much needed t5 for my dragon enclosure on the 5th of August and it's the 20th! And still not here! I have never had to wait so long to recieve a product in the mail unless it was shipped from China! Do better Talis! Should have gotten store credit or half off my order for the inconvenience! It won't happen again!

I placed an order with talis June 2022 it was a small order, however their website changed one of my items to something else that I didn't put in cart. I contacted them 6 times about the problem, Never did I get the item changed to what I ordered I even sent a picture of the item I ordered an notice the other item written under picture was wrong. As of the 30th of June I still don't have what I ordered I would not recommend this company

This has to be a scam site. The good reviews read as fake (especially the ones on the website), the address is some random street in Portland, and the prices on everything are WAY more (like something that is $21.99 on a reputable pet site is $48.99 here). The site says free shipping over $385 (which is an insanely high threshold) but when I went to check out it tried to charge me $90.
