New company for me and a satisfied customer for them
I'd never even heard of Tahoe Mountain Sports until I googled the Thermarest air mattress I was looking for and saw they had the best price for exactly what I was looking for. I took a chance, and won the lottery. Smooth transaction, quicker than promised delivery, and a great product at a great price. I would definitely buy from them again.

Received the WRONG PART, misleading website construction!!
I lost a basket from my Black Diamond hiking poles. When I searched for it on-line, I was happy to find it on Tahoe Mtn. Sports as a "spare part" for the pair. The basket looks sort of like a snow-flake with a portion of the outer sector missing, but it's purposefully molded that way. It looked exactly like that on-line so I clicked on it and bought it. What I recieved was a pair of small, round baskets, they are from Black Diamond, but the WRONG PART!

The listing showed several different spare parts Black Diamond trekking poles and including the 3/4 baskets, which we do not currently have in stock. We understand how this listing might be confusing so we have separated it into several individual product listings to prevent any future issues.

Quick and Easy
Ordered a pair of shoes which were 33% off of the manufactures price, shoes were shipped same day ordered 2 day USPS. Now if only the USPS could be as efficient and deliver within the 2 days. :) Shipping took 5 days total(not Tahoe's problem they did their job) Overall great experience and will use Tahoe again for my shoes.

Above comment said it all. 1. Great service is where it's shine the most. I chatted with customer service guy. very patient and knew his stuff. 2. Prices are best on the web when it comes to MSR stoves anyways. 3. Fast shipping. 4. Great web site and easy to navigate, kudos to the person who set it up and operates. Need I say more...
