I paid for a replacement engine for 2017 2.7 ecoboost f150...they sent me one with a cracked head claiming 64k miles...I paid 5189 dollars...fought to get money back..they only gave me 4000 back..f'n crooks..do NOT deal with tagore auto parts!!!

Run don’t walk away from these thieves. I ordered and paid $1200 for a used 2 wheel drive transmission after months of waiting they sent me a 4 wheel drive transmission TOTALLY WRONG, now they won’t refund my money or take back the one they sent me saying it’s to to expensive to ship back THEY ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO SELL IT MYSELF TO GET MY MONEY BACK. STAY AWAY. THIEVES LIERS CROOKS ROBBED ME OF OVER A THOUSAND $1000 DOLLARS

I do not recommend Tagore Auto Parts based on my personal experience. I paid $1,864 for an engine, plus a separate $586 shipping charge. On April 7, 2026, Tagore emailed me offering a final refund of $1,864 and instructed me to reply “I agree.” I accepted exactly as requested, but Tagore never issued the promised refund. I submitted the written agreement to my bank. I was later informed that Tagore opposed the dispute by saying the purchase was legitimate—even though it had already agreed in writing to reimburse me. I received no permanent bank credit, and neither charge has been refunded. This remains unresolved despite repeated requests. I retained the emails, bank-dispute documentation, payment records, and shipping records supporting my experience.

Please beware of miss Taylor Adams claims she is in charge of warranties and returns their whole system is set up to separate you from your money bottom line they are a scam. Be aware of this company please for your own safety read all of the reviews on this company

These people are a bunch of theives they sent me a bad engine and then charged me almost 400 to return it and then said they didn’t have another engine to replace it and never send my money back to me like they said they would

If you’re thinking about spending money don’t. It’s a big scam don’t trust these people please. I bought a transmission for 1800 then it came in it was rusted I got the highest one they had. Trash. 2 weeks and the transmission howling like a wolf at night. I called to tell them they said the could replace the torque converter I said no I want a unrusted transmission what I paid for. They promise me for the nxt 2 months yes 2 months they would do everything to fix this. I have a family of 6 including me is 7. My dodge journey is a 3 row. After months of calling they only promise to pay me 350 back. I was broken no car 5 kids worse decision I ever made. We’re saving up as we speak sadly. My wife trusted me it brought problems in our marriage. Not only did they send 350 they sent 300 the check was so hard to cash I was in PLS for a hour tryna to verify seeing it came in a different company name.Not only didn’t I get the money they put it on a Pls card was the only way and they took more. The coil fee forget about it you will hold it till they can sale it which takes years you’ll never see that coil fee I promise, ever!!!Dont trust them they sound nice but do the devils work. Me and my family are on the bus now 5 kids all under 7 they deserve the worst. 😢

TERRIBLE company. Refused to warranty an engine and after lots of communication and proof the engine had a hole in the piston found through a bore inspection. I had the engine checked by 2 mechanics and they both confirmed it was a bad engine. They are NOT inspecting or guaranteeing these engines and after tons of money , labor and time with professional mechanics, who proved this engine was bad, Tagore still gave me the run around, and I finally gave up. I won't go into anymore of the details because I have to get busy recovering from the financial loss of this company. Keith is the only one who was honest and professional and tried to help. Everyone else lied and kept putting me off saying they'd call me back and to send my mechanics report to there email or text. They were all just trying to get rid of me. The representatives who continued to put me off were Taylor, Sandy and Gracey. Keith was the only kind and professional help that I received. Alex was the one who sold me the engine but doesn't work there anymore.

They are from India, can't even speak english properly. They are a third party, it's when I saw the two payments went to two different people's. When I researched about it more I got to know they are a third party and they actually told me the transmission is with 80 thousand miles but they got one from them with 130 thousand miles. Moreover when I recieved it was leaking all over. I tried to reach numerous times but they never reach out. They are total scammers.
