No way to email
No way to email, all my attempts were blocked, and I don't have a phone yet, which I have repeatedly tried to cancel because I want the Samsung A series offered for $19.99. It is a frustrating nightmare. l am not sure if they received my change of address. How would you rate this service??

I ordered a new sim card over a month…
I ordered a new sim card over a month ago, never received it. Contacted Tag, they said they sent it, no tracking number. It doesn't take a month. I asked for help with the issue and to resend the sim to me, no response after. What a joke.
