Excellent quality product highly recommend. Company had shipped the wrong size product and immediately shipped the correct one. Email responses came quick, company support is the way a company should be run. Customer service top notch. Love using the tablet with keyboard and case, perfect combo. Thanks

Terrible Service Simply cancelled my order when I complained they still hadn't shipped it 8 days after it was placed despite their claim of "Fast Shipping. Almost every weekday order ships in 24 hours or less." *1 Year On Update* Tablets2cases kindly sent me a voucher for the previous problems encountered, however when I placed an order using it, the nightmare started all over again..conflicting info provided, difficult to get actual answers, delivery delays blamed on Coronavirus (fair enough), Chinese New Year, Stock problems etc etc. Shame really as the products themselves are good - I desperately wanted to improve the rating on this review but simply can't.

After looking into your order, I can confirm that there was, in fact, a mishap with the dispatch of your order. I would like to take full responsibility for this and offer you a convenient solution. I have sent you an email with more details. I'm looking forward to hearing from you shortly. Kind regards, Ana Paola Manager, Communications

Outstanding customer service. I bought a keyboard case on amazon and unfortunately it turned out to be faulty. I reached out to the manufacturer and the response was more than satisfactory. The case is lovely as well.

The Ipad case I bought is great. I hang it around my neck when I am teaching and can access it esily. Not necessarily the best at protecting the ipad if you drop it, but great for the strap and cover.
