Lizzie did a wonderful job helping me migrate from my former software (Webgility) to Synder - which included syncing months of transactions retroactively. Her product overview was attenuated to my pace. She was even helpful with a general QBO question - where I asked to explain the process of switching my products from inventory back to non-inventory. I've been on numerous software calls and Lizzie was one of the most competent and helpful. Bravo!

As a newbie to Quickbooks with a small vineyard business was struggling to integrate it with Paypal. With Synder it has just worked, no fuss, no problems. And as we're small, it works out pretty good value.

Support is very good. I was an inexperienced bookkeeper and they walked me through set up and patiently helped me with reconciliation in Quickbooks to make sure I understood how it worked. Now I can easily troubleshoot on my own.

I had a techincal issue come up where specific transactions wouldn't sync when they were associated with Gift Cards. George helped me work through the issue and together we solved it and got it to sync correctly. Only took 15min too!
