SYLVIAR IS A FAKE SHOP ​It is a shame that Trustpilot doesn't allow customers to post photos, because I want the whole world to see the massive manufacturing defects and the ridiculous oversized measurements of both dresses. However, I have already posted all the photographic evidence on other public consumer platforms (Portal da Queixa) and sent them to my bank. If SYLVIAR has any shame or courage, I dare them to show the photos of the garbage they sent me! Do not believe their fake description claiming they have "strict quality checks" and "gowns that fit flawlessly". It is a total lie! They sent me a first dress full of horrible defects, promised a 100% credit in writing, and then blocked my money by claiming their own website wasn't theirs! Out of honesty, I paid for a second dress out of my own pocket just to prove them wrong—and it just arrived wrinkled inside a plastic bag, completely huge, loose, and oversized, despite giving my exact custom measurements! Two dresses, two complete failures! They have zero quality control, they trap customers' money, and their manager Ying is a deceitful ghost who has now gone completely silent. They deserve a ZERO rating for their dishonesty and poor-quality garbage. My bank is already clawing back my money through a forced international Chargeback. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. they are fraudulent and of very poor quality and will not accept returns. Ordered a dress, hem is uneven and much longer on one side than the other. the stitching around the back zipper is caught and does not lay flat. Paid $150 for a dress that is unwearable due to poor workmanship.

Do your self a favor ,don't buy it, is pretty in the website but when you get it is a piece of garbage,is no returns,you'll never see your money-back!!! I had to buy another dress, lost$118,very disappointed

I ordered one dress and received two of the same dress. They say easy returns. NOT so! I tried for three days to get them returned and got a complete run around. I guess I am stuck with two poor quality, sleeves that were too tight dresses. I paid full price. I am out 286.88 and two non useable dresses! This company will is fraudulent! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this site ! Dressed are poor quality materials - made in China - complete false advertising and essentially non refundable - cost of postage (to Shanghai) and customs clearance etc. Worst experience ever re online purchase. Do not use !!

Material of the dress not as picture, sizes run too small and very difficult to get the right address from customer service to return the dress, and the return address on package is fake. They don't want to refund your money, they prefer for you to keep the dress even if the dress doesn't fit or is not the right material Don't recommend this place
